Shipping
When purchasing a bike be sure to provide a phone number that you can easily be reached at. Our freight company will use your phone number to call and schedule your delivery. You will receive a shipping email with tracking and updates as soon as the shipment is scheduled.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Huntington Beach location:

Your bike will be available for pickup once you are notified. Please bring a valid driver’s license or ID that matches the name on the order.
Shipping Time
Bikes: For all bike purchases they are usually shipped within 2–3 days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays.
Accessories and Tires: These are shipped within 1–2 business days from your purchase not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Bikes: Bikes ship door to door with a logistics company. Shipping is only available in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on location and availability. Our bikes ship nearly completely assembled which makes the final assembly simple.

Accessories and Tires: These will ship UPS Ground and/or USPS depending on shipping time and address. For cost see the respective product page.
Missed Shipment
Your shipment will be scheduled with you through our provider. If your shipment is scheduled and no one is available to receive it, additional re-delivery charges may apply. If the logistics company is not able to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, storage fees may also be assessed.
