PLUM MOTORBIKES RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Quality is our highest priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
Bike Orders
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If the bike has already shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply in addition to all shipping costs incurred.
If Shop Pay Installments is used at checkout, cancellations at any time will incur a 15% restocking fee, as processing fees are non-refundable.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our bikes, we do not accept returns on any bikes once they have been used or delivered.
All bike orders require a signature upon delivery or pickup.
Batteries:
Batteries are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except as covered under warranty and only with prior approval.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Accessories, Merchandise, and Parts
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns:
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded for the product cost minus shipping fees.
Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund after it has been authorized.
